As a group we decided to show a visual journey from the old art school
into the new building. The aim was to learn the basics of how to shoot footage and
edit a simple video, and also enjoying working as a team.
I created an individual storyboard using a series of photographs. As a group we discussed our own ideas and formed a collective plan. Improvements made:
- Following a student along the corridor – Handheld footage so
it feels natural, from a personal point of view.
- Action in the Knit workshop, showing how we love to create. This transfers to men working on the construction site.
- Speeding up footage so the content is concise and not too slow.
