Visualising Work in Situ

My work is intended for public places such as coffee shops, cafes, receptions, waiting rooms, corridors and shopping centres. They will add colour and energy to a space, providing a visual display as people wait or pass by.

I like the idea of my collages having temporary layouts which can be repeatedly transformed to suit the context. For example, in coffee shops a more figurative depiction of the scene could be presented as this would appropriately reflect the activities taking place. Whereas artwork for a reception area would suit an abstract arrangement of colour as the area is less specific.
